Good property, had an amazing holiday, rooms are clean, staff is very courteous, the kitchen staff was very helpful since we had a small child with us, special thanks to Poonam the spa expert for taking care of us

Amazing hotel with fantastic views and facilities. Wonderful food. The best part is the staff - caring, experienced. From the staff at reception, to the guards to the restaurant- it’s the hospitality which takes the stay to another level.

The Araiya Hotel is located in a beautiful forest area, across a river in Palampur, HP. It is a sprawling property well laid-out with stunning views of the mountains. The views from the rooms are absolutely wonderful esp at sunrise and sunset. The property also has a large garden with benches and hammocks, also with a lovely view of the hills. Rooms : Rooms are well designed and high quality furnishings and fittings have been used, very classy and thoughtful. We chose the Suite which had 3 levels, the ground level had a large sitting room, the 2nd level 2 bedrooms with attached bath and a large balcony and a third room in the attic also with attached bath - while there were only 4 of us, the apartment could accomodate 6 pax. The hotel has a nice old-world-charm Bar called the 'Old fox' which overlooks the pool and an outdoor seating area. The meals are served in the restaurant which had a good variety of food for Dinner and breakfast. Service in the restaurant was also very efficient. All in all, if you are looking for a luxury hotel with the beauty of nature and solitude, this hotel cannot be missed.

The location and the ambiance were excellent. Old Fox, the bar has been tastefully done so is the sit-out with a small pool. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was spic and span. Overall well done.

The location was unique. Staff was excellent. Food service was excellent. Cleanliness was perfect. Happily enjoyed our stay for six nights.
